Security and Completeness

Full user security for both system access and data content. Supervisor functions to approve record quality and content. Automated checks ensure consistency of data values and mandatory fields. Full control of pick list content by administration staff.

Intelligent Data Entry

Clear intuitive screens with minimal fill requirements allow for rapid entry of significant data. Intelligent fields create multiple entries. In the example on the left, a traffic stop incident will be created for three vehicles, one of which is from out of state. Two units are being assigned to the call by simple clicks of a mouse.

Cumulative Response Display

All external system responses, state, federal, DMV, for all parties are automatically requested and displayed in a cumulative response window. Dispatchers and officers with mobile computers only have to select a single window to see all the pertinent information.

Incidents Displayed in Living Documents

At any time, users can obtain a full call report in a single web style display, containing traditional incident information, cumulative logs and all external data associated with the call. Filters may be used to expand or contract the view, depending on the target audience and their authorization level in respect to data access.
