PSIMS – Basic System Pricing
The PSIMS system may be either purchased or leased. System maintenance is included for purchased systems for the first year.

Server Hardware and System Software
The system requires a Windows 2000 server (or better) system with SQL Server and Internet Explorer 5 (or better). Hardware should be matched to these system needs.
Often this system is placed on the Department DB/File Server and requires no additional products.
Available disk space should be at least 5GB and then assessed according to call and case volume.
Workstation Hardware and System Software
The workstation systems require a Windows 2000 professional (or better) system with SQL Server and Internet Explorer 5 (or better). Hardware should be matched to these system needs. There are no disk requirements as programs are executed off the server.
Installation and Data Conversion quoted separately.
PSIMS – Installation, Training & Data Conversion
The PSIMS system is installed by Cushing Technologies staff and training for “trainers” is provided at that time. Subsequent training sessions are priced on a trip/number of days basis
Installation and Training: CAD & RMS $5,000.00
Either on an existing system or a new system that has been shipped to CTI for preparation. 2 Days.
Fire and Police Mobile $2,000.00
Does not include actual car installation.
Jail Systems $3,000.00
All Systems together $7,500.00
Additional Site/PSAP Setup:Communications validation/install $3,000.00
$1,000.00 – additional day.
Additional Training: $2,000.00 for first day.

Training Classes
All training is of the "Train the Trainer" type and classes are limited to three, two-hour classes per day with a maximum of 10 students per class.
Data Conversion
CTI will perform data conversion from any older systems at varying prices between $7,000 and $10,000 per system.
CTI will only convert those systems where data is stored in a recognizable format and can reasonably translated within the prices above.
Most commercial systems fall into this category. Other systems may be quoted on request.
